Access to fresh, healthy food should not depend on a zip code. Yet in rural Middle Georgia, many residents live miles from the nearest grocery store or farmers market—and transportation, cost, or time constraints make access even harder. Rosa’s Second Harvest addresses this by bringing the market to the people. Through our SNAP-enabled, choice-based mobile market system, we distribute rescued and locally sourced food directly to neighborhoods in need. These pop-up markets restore dignity, offer variety, and give families the power to choose what they bring home—just like in any grocery store.
